MAGTATAYO ang Department of Science and Technology (DOST) ng 50 million pesos na Leyte Provincial Office, na may laboratory and training center sa bayan ng Palo, upang isulong ang technology-driven solutions.
Sinabi ni DOST Eastern Visayas Regional Director John Glenn Ocaña na itatampok sa three-story facility ang isang Science, Technology, Research, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STREAM) laboratory.
