Emergency Operations Center ng MMDA nakabantay sa Super Bagyong Uwan

ACTIVATED na ang Emergency Operations Center ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority para bantayan ang Bagyong Uwan. 

Ayon kay MMDA Chairman Don Artes, nakabantay ang ahensya sa pamamagitan ng MMDA Communications and Command Center sa Pasig City.
