Inisyu ang nasabing circular na naaayon sa pagpapatupad ng updated Salary Schedule para sa mga Civilian Personnel alinsunod sa Executive Order (EO) na pinirmahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr. noong Agosto 2024.

Nakasaad sa EO No. 64 na ang updated na Salary Schedule ay dapat ipatupad sa mga National Government Agencies sa apat (4) na tranches, kung saan ang unang tranche ay simula Enero 1, 2024, ang ikalawa sa Enero 1, 2025, ang ikatlo simula sa Enero 1, 2026, at ang ikaapat at huling tranche ay magsisimula sa Enero 1, 2027.
