NABABAHALA ang environmental groups sa proposed 26-Billion Peso Waste-to-Energy (WTE) Project sa Smokey Mountain sa Tondo, Maynila.

Ito ay dahil maaaring lumala pa ang kahirapan at lalo pang malagay sa panganib ang vulnerable communities.
