Sa idinaos na culminating ceremony sa New Bilibid Prison (NBP) Compound sa Muntinlupa City sinabi ni BuCor Director General Gregorio Pio P. Catapang Jr. na umabot na sa kabuuang 24,583 PDLs ang napalaya sa ilalim ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
