IGINIIT ni Dating Sandiganbayan Presiding Justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang na hindi siya haharap sa Impeachment Court kung may kapalit na bayad o anumang bagay ang kanyang testimonya.
Ito ay kasunod ng tanong ni Atty. Mark Vinluan ng Defense Team kung may ipinangako kay Cabotaje-Tang ang prosecution panel para humarap siya bilang expert witness sa impeachment trial laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
Sa kanyang cross-examination, paulit-ulit ding tinanong ni Vinluan ang kaugnayan sa kaso ni VP Sara para igiit na walang kinalaman ang retiradong mahistrado sa kaso kaya’t hindi ito dapat tumestigo.
Samantala, binigyang-diin ni Cabotaje-Tang na kasama sa mga sinisilip ng Sandiganbayan ang mga yaman ng asawa, mga anak at mga taong konektado sa isang government official.
Ito ay sa tanong ni Senate President Sherwin Gatchalian kung anong mga dokumento ang tinitingnan para makita at ma-detect ang mga hindi maipaliwanag na yaman ng isang public officer.
Binigyang-diin ni Gatchalian na kadalasan ay hindi naman idinedeklara ng isang opisyal ang kanyang unexplained wealth sa kanyang Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN).
