NAKADEKLARA sa Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth o SALN ni Vice President Sara Duterte ang interes sa ilang mga negosyo.

Sa Day 27 ng impeachment trial, iniharap ng prosekusyon ang Metro City Chow Foods bilang isa sa mga negosyo na sinasabing may business interest si VP Sara.

Batay sa Articles of Incorporation, tinukoy ni Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Company Registration and Monitoring Department Director Gerardo Del Rosario na incorporator at director ng Metro City Chow Foods Corp. si VP Duterte noong 2016 at naging member ng Board of Directors ng kumpanya mula 2018 hanggang 2025.

Bukod dito, naging miyembro rin ng Executive Compensation Committee ng korporasyon si VP Duterte mula 2018 hanggang 2025 at associated person noong 2025.
