INIRERESPETO ng Ateneo University ang rekomendasyon ng NBI sa Department of Justice kaugnay sa pagkasawi ng dalawang student athlete na sina Rene Baterbonia at Divine Adili.
Sa pahayag ng Ateneo, sinabi nito na rekomendasyon pa lang ang isinumite ng NBI at wala pang inihahain na pormal na kaso sa korte.
