Sa reklamong inihain sa Office of the Ombudsman nong July 30, 2024, inakusahan ng residenteng si Michelle Prudencio sina Sotto, Human rResources Development Office Head Elvira Flores, City Administrator Jeronimo Manzanero, at Bids and Awards Committee Head Josephine Bagaoisan ng kabiguang maipamahagi ang 1,500 pesos na allowance sa Pasig City Hall employees para sa 451st “Araw ng Pasig” noong July 2, 2024.
Nakasaad sa reklamo na sa halip na cash allowance, binigyan lamang ang mga empleyado ng commemorative t-shirts na umano’y binili ng walang kaukulang procurement process.
